Newest villa resorts near Disney

I am driving myself mad looking at villas! Previously stayed at Windsor Palms and Sunset Lakes - locations ideal but villas slightly dated. Windsor at Westside town house was lovely but the journey was just a bit too far, my daughter has health issues so we tend to pop back during the day so like to be as near Disney as possible.
We’ve looked at Storey Lakes but just wanted to check if there’s anywhere else I’m missing? I know we’ve seen loads of building work in the area.
We’re looking for minimum 3 bedrooms/3 bath - all queen/king. Ideally house not condo as will have daughters assistance dog with us too.
Hopefully going Dec 28th - Jan 25th.

We stayed at solterra which was still being built in 2018, and there was a bit of building work in the area - I have a feeling there was a new site in development at champions gate and reunion. A little further out but may be options

Thank you they are a little further out than I was hoping. I’ve found Summerville resort which is really close to Windsor Hills and houses there look lovely😀

Margaritaville is expensive but very convenient, if townhouses work for you consider try Magic villa yards, they are by wyndham and are very close to the Sherbeth Rd entry to WDW. We drove past them so many times on our way into and out of disney when we were staying at Windsor Hills. They can be booked through websites such as booking and expedia so you will also benefit from free/easier cancellation than working with a villa.

Windsor Hills was built around 2005 but they are still quality villas and so close to WDW!

We’ve stayed at Emerald Island twice and like where it’s situated.

We have stayed at Windsor at Westside - great location not too far from Margaritaville and lots of eateries and stores nearby.

Also another vote for the newer homes at Bellavida - however I do prefer the resort facilities and location of Windsor at Westside

Beware..lots of the new villa estates do not have such a generous allocation of land as was the norm... this means that sometimes they have a smaller pool and terrace , or I have noticed some have turned the pool location around so the length is not across the back of the villa but leading away..his means you cannot realistically sit round the pool, and of course that the builder can fit more villas along a given road space
Just study photos etc if this is not what you would prefer and you can then avoid
