We’ve used them a few times for hotel bookings and never had a problem.

Used them on all but one of our trips where we’ve done Universal. Never any issues. They changed our booking for next year easily & also refunded my deposit for last year without me asking as didn’t think I would get a refund.

No issues with us either, we booked Cabana bay fir 6 nights at an amazing price! Wether we’ll get or not is another story!

So for one night next October it’s like just over £200 with a deposit of £15! That’s good right?

We have used them loads of times, never had a problem. £200 for the Hard Rock is great. Cheapest we have paid is £165 and that was January 2012.
