Universal base tickets

If we opt to buy a 3 day base ticket instead of a park to park will we regret it.
We have been on the train before and not bothered about doing it again, also happy to do 1 park a day and 3rd day at our favourite of the 2...

I'm not sure that I'd bother with a 3 day base, surely better to do a 2 day base & then possibly a P2P for that 3rd day, thereby allowing you to do your favourites at both parks IYKWIM As far as Hogwart's express, just seems a lot for a very short trip & some silhouettes

We're planning the one park per day tickets. Not that fussed about Hogwarts Express. We've booked 1 night at RPR to get express pass so will probably get two x one park per day tickets and have express pass on both days
