Florida Visitor Toll Pass been charged by Dollar

We had one of the new Visitor Toll Passes which we used on about 3 occasions, to/from airport and once while there and was charged $4.47 when we returned.

Yesterday we had a �18.39 on our credit card for Tolls from Dollar.

How do I prove we've paid already via the Visitor Pass and who can I get in touch with Dollar?

This is so weird as yesterday I noticed that my FairFx $ card had been cloned and used in Brooklyn but luckily only had $8 left on it, so I've cancelled the card and now there is no statement available, so looks like I need to get in touch with FairFx for my old account details.

This is the first time I've ever had any problems with any trip to Florida in 10 visits in 17 years. Not happy.

What do I do if my rental car company charged me for a toll I paid with Visitor Toll Pass�?
Please call customer service at +1-407-690-5300 (7 days a week 9 AM - 1 AM Eastern Standard Time).

You also should a statement via an email from VTP stating each Toll.

We received ours about 4 days after we got home.
