Meeting toy story characters

Does anyone know where we can meet the toy story characters.

You can meet Woody and Buzz Lightyear in the building opposite the Toy Story Mania ride at Hollywood Studios.

You can also meet Buzz Lightyear around the corner from Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin ride in Tomorrowland at Magic Kingdom.

The soldiers are sometimes marching about by the Toy Story Mania ride.

Jesse and Woody can often be found just before you get to Splash Mountain.

Sadly that stopped last year. No where to meet Jessie now (apart from party nights)
