Daytona Beach to Port Canaveral
Hi, does anyone have a suggestion how to get from Daytona Beach to Port Canaveral (for a Cruise)?
My current plan is to use Uber, is this realistic? Thanks for any suggestions! |

How are you getting to Daytona Beach? It's about 75 miles from there to the port.
Uber's about $100, taxi $175. Edited at 07:40 PM. |

Cheaper just to rent a vehicle if thats an option for you? The rental companies run courtesy shuttles from the offices nr to the cruise ports.

Ok. Thanks again for the info. We are flying in on Wednesday cruise starts on Sunday. Staying at Hilton oceanfront for 4 nights. Hotel charges about $20 a night for hire car so was just going to get a taxi from airport to hotel then uber to cruise port. But sounds like hire car for day might be cheaper, will look into cost vs hassle.

I don't know when you are going but I assume you realise this hotel was hit by Hurricane Matthew and is undergoing construction works.
Without a car you will not see much of the area. |
