Has anyone paid their balance with Tui...

Hi all.

Due to pay the balance in the next week or so. As mid June looks a bit iffy plan to rebook for next June. Do they send a letter explaining everything?

Is there a dedicated webpage to pay the balance?

Worried about losing the ddp. Heard they are coming out sometime in April? So much to think about!

If you rebook for next year you will lose free dining. The only way to keep free dining at the moment is to rebook for this year for earlier than 3rd Oct. You have to remember you didn't actually pay for free dining so they don't have to honour it if it wasn't originally offered for your new dates when you originally booked. This is Disney's policy so expect any reseller to follow the same otherwise they will have to pay for the dining plan themselves.

Well TUI are insisting I’m still going next month! Look at my countdown!

I think you’ll need to pay it to ensure you can get the same deal if it does get cancelled

Hi all thanks.

I plan to pay the balance and wait until Tui tell me we can't go.

Hopefully the ddp will be announced for next year by then. Any idea when they normally get released or announced. Read somewhere it's early April.

Cheers

We were going on June 15 but not now , tried TUI for over an hour on Friday and Sunday lost the will 🤬 Changing to next year , there’s no chance and no way anyone should even think about going this side of aug /sept , I have friends who are advising not to go , enough said . Trump hasn’t grasped the reality of it , he’s totally despicable as a president

You’ve got til the 31st of may to change your booking.
We’re going the end of June but we’ll change it to next year.

If we rebook now for next June we will lose the ddp. Would be an awful shame to rebook for next year and lose the plan for the sake of perhaps a few weeks wait.
Cheers

Thats crazy. Why haven't they contacted you to discuss your options as it says on their website?

I’m due to pay my balance via store, but all are closed, the website says to wait till they are open again ,and they won’t cancel my holiday in the meantime. I’ve tried to call but gave up yesterday after listening to the hello song for 1and a half hrs
