My head is saying no but my heart says yes.
After the year we have had so far I can think of nothing better than sitting in the Florida sunshine. But it’s a lot of money to spend not to have the full experience of the parks.

No , I wouldn’t even consider DVC or Deluxe as someone suggested for golf etc.
I simply don’t want to go and see it as a shadow of its former self. I’ll wait for better times.
(I don’t believe the loss of dining plan will impact , loads of Florida residents and others who’d never dream of forking out for DP will all be desperate to return so the parks won’t be quiet and even getting park entry might be a bit of an E ticket)

If our flight goes ahead end of October, we will go. We’re touring Florida and not going to any parks.

So who is still planning to go to Disney this year?

I was always optimistic about US holidays this year but interested to know who would still go this year?

No Dining Plans
No ADRs
No Fastpass
No EMH
No Character Meets
No fireworks
No Parades
Reduced Hours
Masks compulsory

Thats assuming your Disney resort is even open

Am I allowed to post if the answer is no? We were already pretty sure we weren’t going but the latest news has confirmed it.

We have cancelled our July/August 3 weeks this year.

I am not sure that Donald will allow visitors in until at least 2021 - even then it is possible that restrictions would not make Disney the place to visit for us.

Not this year. Although quite a few things don’t bother me, free dining wouldn’t be a deal breaker, have never made it to EMH, not too bothered about parades or fireworks, we don’t do character meets, I don’t think a mask would bother me too much either.

I would be put off by reduced hours, no park hopping (if that is a measure, up I have only seen it on this thread), no FP system, reduced dining options and not knowing if our tickets would guarantee entry on any given day.

I think we might return December next year at the soonest.
