Akl club level, some questions!
Hello, i am staying at akl club level in august for 14 nights and just have some questions if anyone can help!
1. Do i need to have paid in full before the concierge will book my adrs etc, at the moment i have only paid a deposit. 2. Do i need to contact disney or will they contact me to see what i want booking 3. I have read toiletries are in the room, what does this include, is there shampoo etc Thank you in advance! |

We stayed concierge level there last year (it's very nice). There was no contact at all from them prior to arrival - I didn't even think to ask them about booking our ADRs (was just as easy to do it ourselves). I think this service applies when you are there rather than in advance but i could be wrong! Yes toiletries in the room are shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap and little toothpaste (same as all rooms I believe).

There is no longer pre planning service (formerly known as "IPO") for club level. Last year the 'greeters' who met CL guests and escorted upstairs to check in were removed, a few weeks ago the IPO suddenly disappeared. All CL guests now do exactly the same as non CL guests, ADRs online or by phone, tours by phone. Therefore as things currently stand you will receive no pre arrival contact or planning assistance.
There is a rumour a centralised CL assistance maybe announced but no confirmation yet and after each resort had their own individual CL IPO not sure how a centralised IPO will be able to provide the same level of service given the large number of CL rooms/suites over the many resorts. |

AKL club is lovely. They have reintroduce the turn down service with chocolate and our children received welcome gift which were a nice touch.
The CM are super helpful when you are there and will help with any changes to Adr that you need. Have a great time. 😊 |

Concierge services are back as of today...renamed Disney Signature Services! I believe they're in process of contacting those with CL reservations. So happy as I had a party of 10 to book ADRs for 🙈

One of my friends staying at GF RPC was contacted earlier too, unfortunately only by phone not email. If anyone gets hold of the email contact details can you please pm me? Great news if it is going to be like for like re IPO but at least something is better than nothing.
