Oragel toothache relieving gel - takes the edge off the pain until you can get to a dentist. It helped my sister get through Christmas a few years ago. In the toothpaste aisle in Walmart.

Sticking plasters which in my opinion are much better, more sticky, and cheaper than here.

Walmart’s own brand for medications (and some toiletries) is “Equate” and I buy that brand’s equivalent of supplements such as Centrum, Menopace etc. Much cheaper.

I rarely need painkillers but Alleve are powerful.

We buy the same as you. Plasters are so much better, they actually stay on!
Also buy the Equate severe cold and flu liquid. Husband calls it Jesus Juice

are the Walmart Menopace exactly the same? Have looked around everywhere here but none have the same ingredients.

You cannot get slow release paracetamol over here, its very good for things like arthritis apparently.

Also you get larger bottles, so instead of 2 packs of 16 tablets we get one large tub of a thousand.

The cold and flu remedy is cheaper and in bottles almost three times larger. Its also stronger.

Stuff like jock itch spray you just cannot get in england.

These are a god send to me.

I get acid reflux a fair bit & these taste soooo much better than the powdery Gaviscon chew-able tablets that get all stuck in your teeth.

Also Hydrocortisone Cream. Bought some whilst out there for a rash on OH's underarm. It cleared it up in a day so brought a few tubes back.

Same reason people bring back cake mixes & Oreos etc.

They have versions of things we cannot get (usually because they are stronger/better).

Acetaminophen ... You can buy tubs of up to 1000. We find them better than Paracetamol but you can only take every six hours.
