Clearwater coach trip

Hi all I was thinking of booking a coach trip to Clearwater and do the sea screamer looks good my question is it doesn't seem to give you many pick up points does any one know were they pick up from we re staying at port Orleans French qtr the only one I can see nearest to us is the swan hotel pick up time 8 am if that is the closest I guess we would have to get a taxi that early in the morning no car any ideas dibbers

I'm bumping this as we are hoping to do this too. We are also staying at POFQ and I think the only Disney property they pick up at is Swan and Dolphin. We were going to book Uber to the pick up point.

However I have another query about this trip. I believe we have to ring the UK number the day before we go to confirm pick up. This is obviously not going to be cheap from our mobile. Is this true, or is there a local number we can ring to confirm? Do we get tickets when we book with UK company or do they have to be exchanged in Florida? As we aren't hiring a car, we would need to know we could just turn up and get on the coach that morning.

Are you booked with Grayline? Their pickup points and times are found when you book the tickets - there's a dropdown for you to pick your chosen meeting point. They have pickup points from 7.30-8.30am.

I'm guessing there are other companies too but if Grayline I'll copy the pick up points here but don't want to do that and confuse the issue if you are booked with someone else

The trip we looked at was through Florida Tix in the UK

These are the pick up times for the GRAYLINE tour - the pickups on Florida Tix say 0730 - 0830 pickups which ties in with Grayline (but might be coincidence)

But, if FloridaTix do use Grayline (could call/email and ask) - then these are the pick up times published:

If you look at my reply, the Grayline service actually picks up at the Clarion Inn. I don't know if this is the cheapest way but must be the most convenient (check the website it case my info is out of date though)
