Apple sell refurbished iPads. Best Buy sell ‘open box’ iPads in US too which can be very cheap. |

Last August I got a new iPad mini 4 from Best Buy. It was a flash 50hr sale in stores and online.
At the time they were £399 here & $399 there. I bought mine for $269
