Boat hire at Grand Floridian

Hi - a few years ago we hired a Pontoon Boat from GF ( we were staying off site). I was just checking the possibility of doing this again this year and noticed on the Disney site that it requires resort ID disneyworld.disney.go/en...torized-boats/

Is boat hire restricted to on site guests now?

No , you just need a passport as security and for age . X

We just handed in husbands driving licence, that was enough - no disney tickets required. We went and done this a coupl of weeks ago. $45 for half hour

Our tickets had ran out a few days before. We parked up had lunch and done a boat ride - it was lovely
