We have just arrived home to the U.K. We stayed at Sunshine View from the middle of December up to New Year's Eve, Mike & Michelle were so pleasant to deal with, any questions were answered very quickly, all info was concise and helpful, they did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would, we received a full inventory of the villa, everything we could possibly have needed was there X10, the games room had a lovely pool table and ping pong table in great condition, there was everything in there for days out, tennis etc etc although we never used it, this villa has everything you could ever need, the kitchen has fully stocked kitchen cupboards with enough plates, cups & cutlery to feed a legion, every room is immaculate, the many bathrooms are lovely, the lounges are very comfortable and spacious, all the T.V's are modern and large, the beds are lovely and comfy, it's so clean and modern throughout, the pool is large and very clean as is the attached jacuzzi, there is a lovely outside dining table and chairs with lots of really comfy sun lounges, with a really nice mix of sunshine and shade, it also has an amazing view of a conservation area which is huge with an incredible sunrise every morning, the road itself is gated and also immaculate, as is the whole of the West Haven area, it's just a short drive to Campionsgate with its shops and restaurants, then a further couple of minutes to the i4 upto Disney, depending on traffic we were at the parks in no time, the other direction takes you to the US27 with everything that has to offer, the villa has a keyless entry code and is fully alarmed offering complete piece of mind, my daughter (17) loves her own space, we could not believe it but there was a bridge to one of the upstairs bedrooms, literally a bridge with an ensuite bathroom, she was beside herself when we first got there, she loved it so much! Which of course means we did too, I really cannot say enough nice things about this beautiful home, given the chance to return to a Florida, I think our plans will be worked around availability because we would so love to return here, Thankyou so much Mike & Michelle

This is a fabulous villa that comfortably slept 9 of us. It had everything we needed in it and was only 10-15 minutes drive from Disney. The pool was ideal and the little touches and things in the villa really made it a home from home. There was a copious amount of luxury towels and bed linen. We loved the villa and were really disappointed to return home. I recommend this place 100%
