Hope you have a nice smooth stressfree time! We 'had' to sell and move back last year in a very tight time frame and I was STRESSED! It is not the easiest of times so I do hope all goes well for you

thanks y'all just starting to feel the stress, viewed two houses already but as ours has only been on the market a day theres no point putting in an offer yet.
