Face masks for transportation
I have been reading online that face masks are still required on public transport.
For anyone who has been recently can you advise if this is required:
I can't seem to find a definitive answer online. |

Masks are still required on public transport so will be needed on the plane, trains and buses. Assume Disney buses will follow the same rules.

Just a side comment, we avoid the buses. They can get very full and people push and shove.
All the onsite hotels are an easy walk. Santa Fe is the furthest and that is a slow 20 minute stroll. If it is first thing in the morning and tipping down, maybe - but you still have a good walk between the bus stop and the parks. I prefer to go through the Village. Edited at 11:13 AM. |

On this subject, I don't think we'll need to use transportation as in Davy Crockett, but if we did for any reason, is it correct that kids aged 2+ are expected to wear masks (thought I'd read this somewhere but perhaps it was a typo for 12+?)? Our son will be almost 3 but obviously in the UK has never had to wear one, so just wondering if we should buy a couple to be on the safe side.

Mask are no longer required on public transport (rules in France changed recently) and hence are no longer required on the Disney buses - you can check the DLP website for latest info. Masks now only “recommended” in crowded areas, including shuttles. Not compulsory. Also now applies to Eurostar thankfully

Ah fab thank you. Was wondering how on earth we'd manage to keep one on him especially if it was hot, so that is good news!
