Do you "northerners" realise that when you say "the north/northeners" Us Scots roll our eyes/ shout at the television."We are the North you are the South".

How far North do you have to be to consider yourself a Northerner? From my perspective you are south. From the Scottish perspective I am South!

I remember when I lived in Scotland and I would get asked if I was heading down South for the weekend. Used to really confuse me!
