Well done. I know you didn't ask for advise but I'd say if you do fall off the plan one day just get back on the next. Don't try to redress the balance by cutting back more. Consistency over weeks and months is best.

Good luck, losing weight is about far more than sticking to a diet and it sounds as if you're in the right frame of mind to be successful, keep us updated and posting will give you some accountability to stick to it - bring on FOP when that weight is gone x

It sounds like you've made an amazing start, and the steady progress you've made is likely to be the most sustainable approach that will allow you to stick with things and keep seeing the weight drop off and stay off. Good luck - you've oot this! |

Well done on your progress so far! I've had a lifelong journey with my weight and I know how hard it is - and especially how interlinked it is with mental health.
I've been struggling with both lately and your post has inspired me! Keep going - you've got this...and don't forget to keep updating us so we can also keep you going.

Just back from aqua aerobics, burned 618 calories. Yay. Then I had a baked potato with tuna and cheese from the gyms club room. Better than the burger I had yesterday after my workout lol. Need to stop having burgers on Mondays lol.
