Cost of rooms without admission tickets

DH and I are trying to work out if we bought the AP now how much the hotels would cost (so we can see if we can actually afford to do this). I have found on the Disney site the cost of hotels with tickets (how much was muttered by us - good grief) but not just the room, I know you have to call to book but I wondered if anyone knew of a link to just hotels.

Phone them and ask for the AP price or sometimes Expedia do rooms only.

Bear in mind the APs are changing very soon and will be much more expensive.

I have always managed to find an onsite deal on DLP website. There's pretty much always either 4 nights for the price of 2 or 30% off and free half board. You can look at other countries' offers too.

Avoid weekends as they are busier and more expensive. Cheaper to arrive during the week.

I am currently undecided as to whether to book room only at the AP rate or hold out for an offer of 4 nights for the price of 2 with children under 12 free.

I would prefer the above offer but not sure if one will be forthcoming.

Very unlikely that you,ll get that combination of offers together, not impossible but unlikely.
