Hi there, have a new dog, who we need to sort out vacs etc for, which plans do people use for vacs, worming and flea treatments please?

No idea what Pet Health Club or Vac4life are. We have a very good relationship with a vet and always go there for any medications etc that our dogs may need.

I assume you mean apart from your actual Pet Insurance?
My Pet Insurance is with PetPlan & I also pay £14 a month for my vets in house plan that covers Annual Health check, nail clipping, wormer & flea/tick treatments plus I think it's either 5 or 10% off consultation fees & anything else I need from the vets including spaying/neutering.

Healthy Pet Club has always been good for our cats. Think it depends on whether your vets are signed up for them though.

We have our cats on vac4life then buy their flea and work treatment online as we have 4 and it’s a massive saving. If I only had one or two our vet also does a monthly plan that pays for flea and worm treatment and vaccines that looks pretty good.

Our new puppy comes today whoop!
I have already joined the vets my brother takes his dog to A pet plan there included check ups and yearly boosters plus nail Clipping etc And then I’ve also taken a lifetime plan with petplan for insurance (lifetime as if the dog says get athritis it covers treating going forward where a yearly plan you’d not get it covered the next year as it’s existing) |

I know its an absolute nightmare looking at all the vac stuff and insurance, going to go with lifetime insurance as our old dog got too expensive to insure after she was about 7, luckily she only need two large ops near the end of her life, i dont think lifetime cover was available when we had her. Does anyone have the Kennel club insurance? I got 5 weeks cover free,
