Are these the rules for travel to France?
I get so confused with all the rules so is anyone able to confirm if these are the rules now please for fully jabbed people?
- Don’t need to do any tests pre - departure - have Covid / nhs app ready to enter parks - fill out passenger locator form 48 hours before return to the uk (Can I fill this out once booked holiday ready? Does it have to be done 48 hours before?) - Get test within 2 days of arrival back into the UK ( Where do I book this and how much does it cost?) Is that all, have I missed anything? Thanks in advance |

You also need to fill in a health declaration to present when entering France. It basically says, no I haven't got covid or been exposed to covid in the past two weeks.
Your day 2 test has to be done by a private company, not through the NHS. There is a list on the UK gov website of approved providers. |

The passenger locator form can only be completed 48 hours before you return

For ease i’d use the French covid pass app, not the nhs one.

Sorry to jump on the thread. DS is going to France next week for work. He is fully jabbed. He is only going for 1 night and I can’t get my head around filling out the passenger locator form. If this needs to be completed 48 hours before return to UK, will he need to complete this the day before going to France? It’s all becoming quite confusing.
