Magical Express included if booking through VH?

Hi,
If we book a Disney hotel through VH as part of s package- can we still use magical express from airport or do we have to make our own way there?

Anybody arriving at MCO and staying onsite that night can use the DME no matter how it is booked, 3rd party or not.

However, if you book through VH you have paid for their own transport. If you want to use ME (which you are entitled to use free) you should be able to get a refund from Virgin for the transfers you won't be using.

You can book online for ME on the Disney website.

We made sure virgin removed transfers and car hire from our booking and booked direct with magical express for our stay.

Its included with any Dinsey resort stay. I let virgin know I was not using their transport because you dont want to delay other passengers while virgin look for you!
