Day 10 in the house...
My last day of...
- Not taking the dog out 2-3 times a day - Not going for a long muddy run over the Downs - Not popping down to Tesco for a bottle of wine (although I've made a good job of drinking or disposing of most of that back-of-the-cupboard booze that lurks for years) - Home teaching (I have SO much respect for our amazing teachers!) - Not taking the lad to and from school We've also missed a long-awaited theatre show we had tickets for, seeing much-loved friends at a time they suffered a family loss and going to Aston Villa (to see Brighton - although given the result, maybe I should be thankful  )My running total of "Lounge Laps" over 9 days stands at 69.6 miles. I might try to make today a bumper day and get that up to a nice round 80. Roll on midnight - I might stay up and go for an outdoors run then - just because I can!  |

It was good to be out with Henry pre-dawn this morning - me with a torch and him with his "disco collar" on. As to the rest of my own personal "freedom day" - I'm sitting in waiting for the British Gas man to come! It was booked before I became infected and I'm not cancelling it as it will mean another 3-4 week wait!
