i can see it being a bit of a rush job the moment the airport opens and the 2x 747's heading into MCO to refuel, load the pax's and get back out as soon as they can. If anyone is on the flight, just beware sometimes on these types of flights there maybe not a full flight food offering depending on ground services getting the meals onboard at gatwick in advance or if MCO ground supplied.

Thanks for that! I've just warned Eldest Daughter to bring some snacks on board with her on the off-chance that happens.

(If they're not needed, we'll all help her scoff them at home)

Encouraging for those aiming to leave MCO as soon as it reopens.
They do but from Heathrow, we’re on it tomorrow

Just met one of my dog-walking friends who is a Virgin 747 pilot.

He's just been called up to fly over tomorrow for a repositioning flight. He's not sure where he'll be heading for yet, nor if he'll be flying empty or full.

Virgin seem to be well on the ball with the essential positioning logistics.
Which is a relief for me.
(It is, of course, very possible that other carriers are likewise on the ball but that we simply haven’t directly seen it here yet)

No connecting into Key West as our first week was always going to be spent in the Keys, we’re in row 58 D, E and F 👍
