Can anyone confirm where we can buy cold sandwiches from early morning to take into the parks without having to nip out?

In the station there are several shops.
However, I personally would never carry sandwiches around for more than 2 hours unless they are in a chilled carrier. Being married to a chef I know all the dangers!
