Disney springs restaurants
Hello,
Apologies if this is a silly question but I’m coming up to my 60 day window and want to get some restaurants booked in! Do I need to make advanced reservations for the restaurants in Disney springs like I do in the Disney parks/hotel? |

Yes you do. You may still be able to do a walk up on quieter days. But if it's a weekend or holiday, I wouldn't count on it. Especially at the moment with the staff shortages, most restaurants are running limited tables.
Note that some also accept bookings via OpenTable, so check there if you can't get availability through Disney. Edited at 05:12 PM. |

You can book some like Boathouse on Open Table ahead of the window.

At Disney Springs you also have T-Rex and Rainforest Cafe which are Landry's restaurants. If you have a Landry's card you don't need to book. Flash your card and you'll get next available seating. I've done this loads. Works at Yak and Yeti at Animal Kingdom and Bubba Gumps at Citywalk as well

My window opened yesterday - I got Boathouse and Homecomin with no problems, also Steakhouse 71 which was the other one I really wanted.

Great choices. Are you staying on site? Im off site this time and been keeping an eye on Homecoming ahead of our 60 days opening soon and I’ve never seen it available in the last 3 weeks or so although I never check bang on 11am to be fair. I’m assuming it’s getting snapped up in advance with the on-site advantage but could be wrong.

Yes I am onsite but at the moment that means 60 days + 10 so not much different. We got Boathouse and Homecomin the first day we tried for.

Yes Definitely book ahead of time! Try Open table or through Disney. If you love dessert one suggestion I have is Gideons bakeshop. There is always a line, so I get there early and put myself in the queue. Once your arrive for your time- the line goes quickly.
