Chez Rémy open December 9th?

Good afternoon I’m hoping someone can help. We have 2 nights at the Santa in December and the plan was to eat at Chez Rémy for lunch. My husband has booked for 9th December and said he was given a lunch reservation although no booking reference number given. I’ve checked the app and it says it’s clised fir a refurb. I, unsure whether to book a different restaurant. Anyone else managed to get a reservation if so did you get a booking reference?

from 12 Nov - 12 Dec reservations are not available online.

I would call them to double check. Seems like there might be something going on.

I called on Saturday night because I had the same issue, I was able to book a reservation for 28th of November even though the app says its closed. They told me the resturant had a lot of reservations for that day (including mine, which they checked was definitely booked) and that it seemed very unlikely that it would be closed. The lady I spoke to didn't seem to know why it said it was closed on the app.

I was hoping to dine here on 15th November but it has been unavailable to book on the online link for a while, I'm wondering if I should give the reservation line a call and see if I can bag a reservation anyway? I'll be pretty annoyed to miss out if it is actually open

Are you sure it's the restaurant closed for a refurb and not the ride..?

DLP Help on twitter confirmed the restaurant is open, now just the best impossible task of getting through to the dining reservations line without taking out a mortgage on the call charges.

Both times I've called were about 10 o clock at night and I got through instantly both times. I'm with Vodafone and I could add 100 international minutes for £3 as a one off to my contract, it's saved me a fortune as it would have been £1.50 a minute otherwise!

For anyone lurking in this thread, just got through and made the reservation. Called the freephone number from WDTC, which seems like nobody will ever answer, but just stick it out! Finally got the call answered after 25 minutes, this is the 5th or 6th time trying though.

We usually use the freephone number, or use Discount Dial before dialling so that calls are only 1p a minute.

Alternatively you can book online if you go on the DLP website and change it to the Dutch version (if you use Chrome it will automatically translate for you).

I've booked two restaurants online tonight for our upcoming stay.

It does look like it is closed for those dates though. Walts and Steakhouse are also showing as closed when we are there according to the online calendar, though Disney Kind of Day blog says otherwise.
