We've got Yachtsman, California Grill, Hollywood Brown Derby Fantasmic booked. I'm hoping to add Flying Fish to that too when the ADRs become available again.

We juggle credits from offsite days or off-plan days (we had one whole day eating round the World at Food & Wine Festival so didn't use a credit that day). Or some days you might only use a CS credit.

We have had 4 Signature meals each trip without having to pay any extra.

Faves:

Yachtsman
Hollywood Brown Derby
Flying Fish
Jiko
Artist Point

Wouldn't bother again with Fulton's.

Cali Grill was nice but noisy and rushed.

We love California Grill, Narcoossee's and Le Cellier.

Out of those three, I'd say that California Grill is our favourite because of the whole experience- watching Wishes from the top of the contemporary is amazing and it was one of the most relaxed and chilled meals of the holiday.

We liked the food at California Grill very much but found the ambiance decidedly lacking - too noisy and too bright. We're giving it another go on our next trip, but for Sunday brunch instead, when it will be less about the atmosphere and more about the food.
We're also looking forward to trying Tiffins.

California Grill

And I would say Le Cellier as well but some people on here not as keen. It was the best steak I've ever had. Have a look at the menus. Not many people have been to Tiffins as it's so new but the reviews seem to suggest it's worth 2 credits.

We also love the Hollywood Brown Derby.

Make that two...I agree...The only signature restaurant that we have not liked is Le Cellier...Every other one has been awesome..

Depends on whether you are paying for DDP or OOP! If the former then none of them A TS meal equates to $40 so for every Signature that's $80 - go try & spend that on an entrée/dessert/drink & see what I mean.
If you are on free dining then...
