The Gringotts queue now goes into the backstage areas, i've seen some photos where the Walking Dead house was at HHN last year. I read last month that the queue they have planned out is 4 miles long!

I guess everyone has headed straight for Gringotts as I have just read that the shops and Leaky Couldron are virtually empty
