DDP 2017 Question

Hi Guys

Sorry if this has been asked before.

I am going in May 2017 and have upgraded to DDP and it appears that some of the restaurants where I have used QSDP previously no longer appear on the list of restaurants for 2017 (Yak & Yeti, Earl of Sandwich, Wolfgang Puck etc.) are these no longer eligible for DDP? Those were some of my favourites!

Also...we have been considering Hollywood Brown Derby for one of our meals, can you do this for Fantastic Package on DDP, or can you just have the meal? (Hope that makes sense?!)

The places missing from the 2017 DDP list are still finalizing contracts. They disappeared from the list this time last year too but reappear in January when the contract negotiations are completed. It happens every year but have always reappeared on the finalized list. Don't worry.

I believe you can do Fantasmic package at HBD but the times will be earlier. You have to book through the Fantasmic dining package link.

No worries, this happens every year (I am mystified why Disney don't say this on the site, as I've seen people asking this question every year since 2008!)

You can do the Fantasmic package at HBD on DDP, it's 2 credits. Make sure you book the package not just the restaurant. They use the dining package to fill up the restaurant during quiet times, so it may be lunchtime or mid-afternoon. We did 12.30 for lunch there and it was amazing, one of our favourite places.
