I rarely do a roast but we have been off all week and ive barely cooked as we have been all over the place so thought I best be a good wife lol

We are having a mixture of pork chops and belly pork slices with home made potatoes, apple & herb stuffing balls with Yorkshires!

Just had roasted tomatoes with a salad of rocket, pine nuts, feta cheese, red onion smoked bacon all mixed together with an olive oil and balsamic vinegar and garlic dressing absolutely delicious.
