I've just called to ask a question re OKW and the agent said it will be fully live at 11am online, but as OKW is DVC I can't book for May 2019 yet so to take another resort to secure the free dine package and upgrade once OKW goes live in 3 months time (for my dates).

I was hoping they'd do the pre-registration thing again, so will see what online says at 11am.

You don't need to secure the free dining it will be available until about Oct/Nov.

But the value of the gift card reduces, so by the time Toria-Dee's dates come around she'll lose out on $100 by waiting. Some of us like to get the best deal secured

Yeah I know that, his point was that if I book somewhere now that I'll be happy to stay in and can't get into OKW for my dates then I still have a guaranteed booking of somewhere I want to stay/room type I want.
