Password Problems

Hi, I am having some right problems logging into the site. I did about 10 password resets the other day, the last one finally worked and I was able to log in. The problem I have now is that the password works on my laptop but I cannot log in on my mobile phone as it is saying incorrect password. I am stuck with what to do now.

After doing a password reset make sure you clear your cookies and temp internet files. Close down the browser and restart it. This should make sure any old files are not cached.

I tried the above, I think I am going to have to do a password reset again as I use my phone more than laptop.
