How much extra will you pay to go to Florida?
Things will eventually get back to normal, and when they do our Florida trips could get more expensive as a result of the current situation.
How much extra would you be prepared to pay to go back to Florida this year or next (2020/1) compared to the cost before the current crisis. Regardless of the reason for the increase, whether it be flights prices, exchange rates, accommodation, car hire costs, park tickets etc, me and my wife wouldn't be prepared to pay much over 10% more (it was already expensive enough). What extra would you pay? Edited at 10:32 AM. |

Already very expensive. After this crisis has gone I would expect prices to fall to encourage visitors.
I wouldn’t pay a penny extra in answer to your question |

We're going to see more airlines going out of business. Flights are going to go up in price, for sure. Possibly astronomically.
The hotels and Disney will be wanting to get as many crowds in as possible. I'd expect there to be a lot of offers on accommodation and park tickets. |

I agree with regards flight prices increasing, but I think disney accommodation and park tickets will only drop in price if there is a slump in demand. Many people will rebook their cancelled planned trips, and being locked down for so long people could be desperate for some chill time. That said, many will lose their jobs and not be in a financial position to rush back to Florida/Disney.

I would probably go 20% more but for us it's more about our insurance being affordable and adequate, a big worry.

Difficult to assign a figure, we'll keep going as long as it's financially viable for us (or we've had enough which I don't foresee long term), I guess as DVC owners we're more likely to stretch ourselves, but that also means that we have less to pay for as accommodation is paid for.
