Toronto Time - Day 11 - Lunch And Starting To Pack

After a lazy start we headed out to Mimico to have lunch with the only one of my 4 cousins we hadn't seen yet. He lives in London, Ontario in the summer and has a house in Boca Raton. He's a hockey player and has just been traded to the Arizona coyotes from the Florida Panthers.

We went to Jack Astor's. We'd never been before. It was a lovely restaurant and we had some delicious food. It was good to catch up with my cousin and hear how he's doing.

After our late lunch we headed back to the condo via Walmart to start packing. DH wanted to pick up some Tim Horton tassimo pods he'd seen and some big bags of m and m's. I wanted to stock up on make up, the prices here are slightly more than the US but not as much as in the UK.

With having such a late lunch we weren't really hungry this evening. We sat on the balcony watching what I assume was the Yacht Club out on the lake.

We watched a party boat go by. Well we think it was a party boat, there was music and cheering going on.

We also started sorting and packing, deciding what we'd be wearing for the next couple of days and packing the rest 😢.

After a while we headed out, we needed some more cash so went to the deli across the road to use the atm. We bought some maple syrup shortbread for our parents, and DH said there was no way we could fit one of these in our luggage!

We ended the night with a nightcap in this sports bar and watched a bit of the Tampa Bay Rays v the Blue Jays, before heading home to bed.
