Don’t know if this counts but Alexa accidentally found me Skyline Gold, a radio station manned by volunteers playing music from the 50s, 60s and 70s, some music not heard for many years and some I’ve never heard. As it’s based in Southampton area I’d have never come across if not for Alexa...

Alexa gets asked too much in our house !

However music finds have been really great
Embrace - DNA and Decades have been this weeks favourites but we have also found and called Archive too.

As for rediscovering stuff - Absolute radio does it for me then I ask Alexa to play the song too - found a Manic Street Preachers song yesterday I had missed 10 years ago!

Have also listened to The Alarm too - what a great band.

Have to admit I don't subscribe to the payable part of the music but It does great without.

Also love D park radio on Alexa which is Disney Parks Music from rides, parades and different parks throughout the world.

For a joke I asked my Alexa to play music from ‘Darts’. My god I couldn’t believe they had made so many good songs (give it a go).

Not alexa related but on the train journey home last night I was listening to dire straits - telegraph road and there is a middle sequence in there with just the piano, guitar and drums I absolutely love . It's the bit from 5:15 I'm talking about. Love it!
