We have always commented that those refillable mugs are wide open to abuse and that we often see people with manky looking 'old' cups or their own containers at the fountains, so not suprised.
It is a shame though as those of us who just take what we want without it being excessive may well lose out now... |

They're not limiting the refills as such but not letting do it consequtively any more to avoid scanning one mug to fill and tip into another. That's a shame IMO as I like to take a few glugs before refilling and taking back to our room but we'll have to hang around for 5 minutes instead now...I'll just have to get an ice cream!

Disney really need to get a grip on waste in food courts , the amount of unopened jams and butters that get thrown out , also the amount of unused cutlery that gets thrown out , not to mention the size of the portions ,
