Help a Hungry Vegan

Hi all!
Staying at YC in september for 13 nights - myself and my partner are vegan and I’ve read loads of places that are apparently really good, but just wanted some more opinions!
Where’s good to eat?
And more importantly has anyone managed to find Chef TJ? Are his meals as good as everyone says?

We had Chef TJ in 2016, and yes it was brilliant! We had about 7 courses over the space of a couple of hours. I definitely recommend doing this, just make sure you book for a night he is working. There’s also a vegan Disney Facebook page that’s useful.

Haha yeah I’ve seen that website! Really happy that it seems we’ll be able to eat at most locations! I’m goint to make it my mission to find Chef TJ

He first cooked for me at 1900 park farye many years ago before he went to TE
