60 Days Fastpass Strategy

When the 60 day window opens and I can book fastpasses what’s the best startegy for getting what I want.
  • Book in order of attraction popularity..
  • Book the first day and carry on to the last day...
  • Book the last day and work backwards to the first day...
  • Do what ever you want at 60 days you don’t need to worry...

Cheers, hope this makes sense

I would always say popular first if really popular FOP 7DMT etc. Then really don't need to worry as much. Would probably look for doing the ones at popular times e.g. 11:00am is popular then do them so to get the times roughly I want.

This is exactly what I did a week or so ago for mine, popular ones first, then ones I wanted specific times for, then the rest but generally working from the last day backwards. Worked for me! Go them all! Good luck!

The best strategy is to chill and not sweat it.

Last August I booked the Beach Club at midnight to check in the very next day. We rocked up with no tickets, no fastpasses and no ADRs. In our unexpected week there we still rode all the major attractions and ate at some great places - a few old favourites and a few new spots.

The fact is there are only 2 or 3 difficult to get Fastpasses and if you fail to get them (and you almost certainly won't fail) then you'll either get Fastpasses later or ride them on standby.

my guess is book first in the order below

Avatar Flight of Passage
7 Dwarfs Mine Train
Na'vi River Journey
Frozen ride at Epcot (like we aren't bothered about it at all but if you are!)

The rest should all be ok at 60 days, provided the new Toy Story land isn't open yet

Start form the 1st day
You can chill out to be honest, we never have any issues but securing the hardest first seems sensible approach.

Popular first - but also start in reverse order if you want FOP or 7DMT

As others have said but really only need to do fop and sdmt (think tsm will still have no fp when you go) first everything else will be fine and just do in date order

Try and have fop at least 60+2-3 if you want early times
At 60 days for me anyway fop times were 6pm onwards

At 60+6 I got 10.30. We are onsite for our last five nights so hasn’t a look for another fop at 60 days yesterday and they had all gone

I booked 3 fastpasses for the 7 Dwarfs ride for our last visit. These were all on separate days. Its just as well I did as we missed the first two - we were tired the day we had the first fastpass, so did not go. There was a major thunderstorm on the second date. Finally rode it on the third. So perhaps have a couple of back ups if you can.
